The central registration and management of tools, toolholders and fixtures enables full control and optimisation of production processes. Tool catalogue data can be imported directly from manufacturers or created individually if required. During import, WinTool checks the correctness and completeness of the data and automatically creates tool assemblies with graphics describing the dimensions. In addition, the tools are provided with a 3D model and grouped into corresponding tool lists.

WinTool CNC-Archive is a system for managing production data that is created at all stages of production. In this system, data can be included from production planning, through the preparation of technology and NC programmes, to the execution of machining on CNC machines and the measurement of workpieces. WinTool seamlessly integrates MES, CAM, Microsoft Office, DNC and automatic tool measurement systems! This information allows you to determine the optimum procedure for deploying new items and avoid bottlenecks caused by tool availability. WinTool Logistics provides full control over tool inventory and availability at all times. This enables the production planning, NC programming, tool warehouse and shop floor departments to streamline their production processes. The tools are fully utilised and homed in on time!
