The process of building robotic stations we implement using solutions:

  • SOLIDWORKS – mechanical design
  • SOLIDWORKS Electrical – electrical design
  • FANUC RoboGuide and Eureka Robot – simulation and offline programming
  • and we program and configure PLC, HMI and drives from leading manufacturers – SIEMENS, ALLEN-BRADLEY, MITSUBISHI.

1. Customer Audit

We determine the client's needs and expectations, based on which we will be able to propose the optimal solution.

2. Robotic station design

After conducting an audit, we prepare a plan for the construction of a robotic station along with the necessary cost estimate and work deadline.

3. Start-up of the constructed stand in our hall

Based on the prepared design of the station, we build it in our hall to start it up and check the correctness of the proposed solutions.

4. Checking the correctness of the process execution and cycle time

During station start-up, we check whether the processes are carried out correctly and whether the cycle time is optimal and in line with the assumptions.

5. Acceptance of the position

We present a report on the start-up of the station, on the basis of which the Client accepts its final form.

6. Installation of the stand

We assemble the stand at the customer's premises in accordance with the approved design.

7. Training for operators

We provide training for operators of the constructed robotic station.

8. Process optimization

After launching the station at the customer's site, if necessary, we perform process optimization so that the installed robotic station meets the customer's highest requirements.

9. Technical support and service

After completing the robotic station construction service, we offer our clients after-sales service, which includes technical assistance and service.
