WHAT IS THE CNC MILLING PROCESS?
CNC milling is one of the most popular options for manufacturing prototypes and parts that require cutting, cutting or drilling. The technology uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool to cut or drill a design from metal or plastic. Compared to traditional manufacturing techniques, CNC milling offers such advantages as high production speed, greater precision and automatic cooling of parts.
A top-of-the-range milling machine provides advanced machining capabilities in 2.5, 3, 4 and 5 (3d) axes. Additionally, we have fully integrated CAD / CAM class solutions that allow a smooth transition from designing the part geometry to assigning advanced paths for the machining tools used.
With a team of highly skilled, fully trained machine operators, we are able to provide outstanding CNC milling services to a variety of industries including automotive, foundry, aerospace and many more.

Quality and high standards
We pride ourselves on ensuring that all of our engineers strive to provide the highest standards when performing CNC milling services. At every stage of a project, we follow strict quality standards and procedures to ensure that all of the precision parts we produce are within the desired dimensions and tolerances.
Investments in the latest engineering technology allow us to create high-quality, precision parts to order. Providing the level of service you expect, we operate to take pride in every project we complete.
The CNC machine we use can perform a huge number of complex processes in a single, precise operation, which allows us to create more complex parts on customer request, with greater precision and time savings.
CAD and CAM support
In most cases, the first step in the CNC milling process begins with CAD software, where you create the model you want to produce. The design must be imported into CAM / CNC software, where it will be converted into G-code, the programming language that controls and directs the CNC milling machine.
The CAD / CAM software we use for milling offers extensive toolpath optimization options that perform high-speed, multi-axis machining operations, taking full advantage of our CNC milling machine’s capabilities. Our SOLIDWORKS and CAMWorks environment provides security, speed and efficiency to help us achieve precise parts in fewer steps.
Our 5-axis CNC milling machine-equipped machining center, operated by experienced staff, is able to support our customers in every aspect of the design and manufacturing process.
Safety and precision
CAMWorks, the solution we use in the CNC machining process and which we offer as a reseller, allows for computer simulation of the machining process, including analysis of the machined solid (dimensional compliance with the CAD project) and finding any collisions thanks to a virtual machine (three-dimensional machine model). It practically works like a machine simulator, which allows for many savings in the design phase and ensures the safety of both the machine and the machined detail.
